Our camps are designed for players of all levels because we believe squash is for everyone! Whether you’re completely new to the sport or gearing up for tournament play, our full-day programs are packed with fitness, fun, and excitement. Experience an energizing way to stay active, sharpen your mind, and build lasting connections.

Camp Details:

• Minimum Age: 7 years old
• Skill Level Requirement: 4.0+ rating

Schedule:

• When: 9:45am - 3:45pm (Lunch Break: 12 - 1:30pm)
• Please note that this camp is 4 days long from Monday - Thursday.

• Warm-Up (On and Off Court)
• Theme Introduction & Demonstrations
• Skill Drills with Mark and Open Squash Coaches
• Lunch Break
• Conditioning Games & Match Play
• Cool-Down Stretch & Wrap-Up
